Matches Announced For 2011/12 Season
The draw has now been made and we now know who, when – but not what will happen yet….
I am surprised that Div One was not increased in size by bringing in some of the stronger Div 2 sides, like Parkstone Heights and Broadstone – but hey.
It means there are just 9 teams in our division this year – so less fixtures than last year; they include:
Wimborne Town
Dorchester Stags
Blandford Utd
Weymouth FC
Poole Town Wessex
Sturminster Newton
Weymouth Cougars
Merley
Such a pity to see that Wareham Rangers did not make it – I know personally what a struggle it has been to re-build a team in this age group!
