Thank you to all who made it to this year`s extravaganza at the Ski Centre in Matchams – my friend Trevorski did a cracking deal for us which meant the boys could do bobbing and ringos followed by a lovely, calm sit down meal at the end.

Earlier that day we had done `Chris Till`s Soccer Skills` at Holt (Off the pitch!!) where boys had to dribble through cones, 15 pts to fire the ball through the Greys board, 10 pts to get the ball into Bin Laden, 30 pts to get the ball into the Barge, 50 pts to get the header into the Paul Miller Ball Sack and a finale of 15 pts per Oh Bucket that his the deck.  Great fun for them all with some very interesting ideas along the way!  The winner of this was Matt with 140 pts and the not so winner was Nibs – so a box of Celebrations for Matt – and a forfeit drink for Nibs.

I wish I could put a picture of it on this web site – as it was one of the funniest moments of the year!!!

The boys also had fun with party poppers and then we had a head-to-head challenge with `Flick Football`…….the winning team got a round of applause – the loosing team had to nominate a `nutter` – to drink a fluid made up of salt; pepper; tomato sauce; party popper; chips; orange squash, cream……and anything else that excitable boys could find around the table.  Step forward Joe…great…who`s idea was this????

Holt managed to fund the whole evening and also provided each player with a quality Prem League size 3 skills ball – for which every player was openly thankful – only Will W questioned its shape!!? ;0)

I am really sorry for those who missed out on both of these Xmas festivities – but I promise to do the same next year!
